Deborah Milano unveils the new CITY LIFT VOLUME Tubing Mascara

Deborah Milano expands its eye make-up collection with CITY LIFT VOLUME Tubing Mascara, the new mascara designed to elevate every lash and enhance the eyes from the very first application.

Powered by innovative Tubing Technology, the formula wraps each individual lash in a flexible tube, delivering volume, definition and an instant lifting effect without weighing lashes down. Enriched with Panthenol, CITY LIFT VOLUME Tubing Mascara helps keep lashes soft and comfortable while ensuring intense, long-lasting results. It can also be removed effortlessly with warm water only, with no need for a dedicated makeup remover.
