An extraordinarily dynamic story
Active for more than 30 years and always Italian family-owned, our Group has been developing rapidly through the organic growth of our proprietary brands and the acquisition of new ones. The acquisition strategy was initially aimed at brands previously owned by global corporations, and later at promising independent companies in the Health & Beauty, Personal & Home Care sectors. Over the past ten years, we have mainly focused on acquisitions in the international European market, the pharmaceutical world and the e-commerce sector.
What we are today is not only the result of our ability to effectively integrate new businesses into the Group, but also the result of our ability to develop them substantially, thereby achieving continuous growth. Today, we are home to more than 20 strategic brands that represent our strength: some are classic brands that are more than 50 years old and have been able to evolve by interpreting new market trends, while others are more recent success stories.
From international brands in constant development to iconic national brands, each has a strong identity and a distinctive positioning in its respective market.
2024
Acquisition of Artdeco
We continue our path of strong international development by consolidating our position in the Beauty panorama in Europe with the acquisition of Artdeco, leader in selective make-up in Germany, strongly recognized for its know-how and heritage in the German color cosmetics market.
2023
Acquisition of Goovi
Our first digitally native brand: Goovi, the wellness brand co-founded by Michelle Hunziker with the desire to bring good vibes and the natural into people's daily lives, joins our group and brings with it expertise in the world of cosmetics and nutraceuticals e-commerce.
2021
Acquisition of Lornamead
We established our fourth European subsidiary with the acquisition of the German company Lornamead and its brands CD, Rapid White, Triple Dry, continuing our international expansion strategy in a highly relevant European market.
2020
Acquisition of Natural Honey
We acquired Natural Honey, a classic Spanish brand and leader in the body wash market thanks to the success of its natural ingredient-based products. A further step in the development of a European group seeking continuous growth.
2019
Acquisition of ESI
We ambitiously entered the nutraceutical market through the acquisition of ESI, a company with a broad and diversified portfolio of high-quality food supplements and phytotherapeutics, and a leading player in pharmacy, parapharmacy and herbal medicine.

Acquisition of Deborah Group
We are growing with the arrival of Deborah Group, a leading Italian make-up company: Deborah Milano is a classic brand that embodies Made in Italy beauty, making innovation and excellence in fashion make-up accessible to millions of women.
2017
Acquisition of BioNike
BioNike, a leading brand in the Italian dermocosmetic market in pharmacies, joins the Sodalis universe. This is our entry into the highly strategic pharmaceutical market, with a brand of absolute prestige, a pioneer in introducing the concept of dermatological cosmetics.

Acquisition of Brandcare
We welcome the company BrandCare, active in Spain and Portugal with its main brands Super Pop, Cristasol, Mistolin, Feno de Portugal. The acquisition allows us to continue our international development with two new subsidiaries in the Iberian Peninsula.

Acquisition of Lycia
We welcome Lycia, a highly reputable Italian brand with solid market shares in categories such as deodorants, make-up removers and hair removal products, strengthening our know-how and position in Italian personal care.
2015
Acquisition of L’Arbre Vert and Wash & Go
A key step in our internationalisation process: we acquired Novamex, a French company that produces and markets ecological products under its L'Arbre Vert brand, a pioneer and leader in the French eco-friendly home care market.
But that's not all... the international hair care brand Wash&Go also became part of the group, allowing us to establish ourselves as an increasingly dynamic player.
2010
Acquisition of Biopoint
We continue the path of acquisitions of classic Italian brands with the take-over of Biopoint, an undisputed leading hair care brand in perfumery. Innovation, performance and sensoriality are the founding pillars of the hair care ranges that drive the brand's development.
2008
Acquisition of Strep
We expanded our brand portfolio with the acquisition of Strep, a DIY hair removal specialist with a wide range of effective, simple and fast hair removal products.
2000
Acquisition of Vidal and Leocrema
We strengthened our presence in the Personal Care market through the acquisition of two classic Italian brands: Vidal, the bath and shower gel that brings energy and vitality to the whole family thanks to its intense and distinctive fragrances. Leocrema, the iconic body cream that has been providing moisturisation and softness to the skin for generations.

Birth of Tesori d’Oriente
Inspired by the concept of well-being in Eastern culture, Tesori d'Oriente was born: a unique and unparalleled brand with the vision of offering everyone the chance to turn small daily acts into rituals of pure pleasure. The success of Tesori d'Oriente is the basis for the development of our Group.
