Consolidated Sustainability Report 2023

We are proud to announce the launch of our first Consolidated Sustainability Report 2023, an important milestone that demonstrates our commitment to a more virtuous and transparent management of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) issues.

Together with our Champions and Ambassadors, we experienced an exciting evening of innovative ideas, challenging goals and a deep sense of shared pride.
Together, we explored the path we have taken and shared our simple but ambitious vision: to Create Wellbeing for people and the planet, today and tomorrow.
In 2023, we took a more structured approach to sustainability, creating a dedicated team and appointing an ESG Manager to coordinate our journey. We also conducted our first ESG Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement Survey, with the aim of aligning the entire Sodalis Group with shared goals.

We are also working on an ambitious three-year action plan, which will help us reduce our environmental footprint, promote social welfare and adopt ethical business practices.

Together, we will continue to build a better future, guided by the values that unite us and our determination to make a difference.
