We believe in Sustainability
Our aim is to create Wellbeing in our economic, social and environmental context. We feel a strong responsibility as a company to contribute to a healthier and more harmonious future for all forms of life. We are involved in a project made up of goals and teamwork: an important journey between sustainability, awareness and innovation. We want to promote a real culture of sustainability inside and outside of our company. The transition towards sustainable models is necessary and decisive for our future, for people and for the planet.
Our approach to sustainability: concrete and transparent
We work for Wellbeing: of those who choose us, but also of the world of which we are a part. This is our vision. Sustainability is an important element in our strategic decisions and in the activities we undertake: it is an essential factor in strengthening our brands and being in line with the needs and sensitivities of the new generations, a strategic lever in the development of products that are increasingly at the forefront in terms of quality, ethics and innovation.
Our path
ESG (Environmental-Social-Governance) Assessment
We analysed environmental, social and governance performance to identify strengths and weaknesses for all our Group companies. The improvement actions suggested for each of the three areas are important for our growth and enable us to contribute to the various sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda;
Carbon Footprint of the Organisation (CFO)
With the CFO study, we are able to identify and quantify greenhouse gas emissions directly and indirectly linked to the company's production process. In this way, we can define mitigation and compensation plans.
Sustainability Reports
For BioNike and ESI, we have published our first Sustainability Report (2022) and, this year, we will publish our first Group Sustainability Report (2023). A document in which we report on the stages of our journey, our achievements and ongoing projects. With this document, we further shape our commitment with a message to all our stakeholders: we believe that the active involvement of suppliers, customers, consumers and employees is essential for sustainable development.
