Goovi, the digitally-native wellness brand co-founded by Michelle Hunziker, joins the Sodalis family

Sodalis acquires the Goovi brand from Artsana, thus becoming the group's first digitally-native brand. Goovi is the wellness brand co-founded by Michelle Hunziker with the mission to bring good vibes (good+vibes=Goovi) to all women in their daily lives, encouraging them to love their authentic selves and take care of themselves. Goovi's products, a wide portfolio of dietary supplements, skin care products and make-up, are good, easy & natural, united by a philosophy that emphasises quality, efficacy and ease of use with formulas based on natural, clean and vegan ingredients and an in & out approach to wellness. The brand's sales are mainly made through its proprietary e-commerce platform; a network of selected pharmacies and perfumeries completes its presence in the region. The takeover allows Goovi to continue its growth path within a group that is highly motivated to devote a great amount of strategic focus and is able to offer maximum support in terms of product know-how. The transaction offers Sodalis the opportunity to develop e-commerce with a brand optimally positioned to capitalise on the strongly positive and attractive dynamics of this channel. Sodalis intends to welcome Goovi into its group by enhancing its distinctive identity and digital know-how and joining forces to capitalise on each other's branding experience and market presence, with the objective of accelerating the expansion of the business, both in Italy and internationally.
