Deborah Milano launches its first Limited Edition capsule collection, signed by model and influencer Paola Turani.

Sodalis acquires the company Lornamead in Germany and a portfolio of brands in the UK from Meiyume. We are beginning a new chapter in our international development process by establishing our first subsidiary in Germany (the Group's fourth in Europe after France, Spain and Portugal) and expanding our business in the UK. This acquisition allows the Sodalis Group to grow further with a portfolio of recognised brands in the Personal Care category, such as: CD, a well-known deodorant, soap and shower gel brand; Rapid White Whitening System; The Beauty Mask Company; Triple Dry deodorants; and Brisk for men's care. We are excited to welcome the Lornamead team to Sodalis. For us, this is a further step towards our goal of becoming a strong Personal Care group in all the most strategic European markets.
